After a successful career as an acoustic guitar folkie that spanned from the 1960s to the 1980s, Fahey spent his autumn years in the Northwest performing mostly avant garde noise music. He recorded this unique song as part of his last album right along the Willamette River at Mike Lastra’s (from noise band Smegma) studio.
